# The gate is not open yet

Season one is being recorded. When the sign-up form goes live it will ask for one thing, an email address, and it will be used for exactly one thing: telling you that episode one is out.

## Why there is nothing to fill in

A waitlist that collects addresses months before there is anything to send is a mailing list with extra steps. It would also be a strange way to start a show about not handing your data to people who have not earned it.

## What happens when it opens

The form will take an email address and, optionally, one line about what you run — because the first episodes are chosen by what people have actually built, not by company size. Nothing else. No phone number for a follow-up sequence.

## If you are already one of them

If you run a company on infrastructure and models you own, you are the reason this show exists. The guest list opens with the waitlist, so the same form is the way in.

## In the meantime

The blog carries the argument: why the barbarians win, what sovereignty costs, which layers you should never rent. If the posts keep coming, the season is moving.
